Order a Forensic/Securitization Audit (Required)

 1. (Download materials i.e., intake documents and wholesale agreement) NOTE: For securitization audits, ONLY the Note, Mortgage, and a recent Mortgage Statement is needed.

2. Complete purchase of your desired package (below) with online pay by check (Note: if you rather pay by credit card, please call 800-704-4228 x90)

3. Send completed forms, Excel intake form (the Excel form is optional for all "FORENSIC" Audits), questionaires, and mortgage documents to 877-702-7286 or contact@freemortgageaudit.net

4. Audits will be completed in 5 - 7 business days or less.  Note: All files submitted on Friday - Monday will be treated as though they were submitted on the next business day.  All files submitted after 2pm will be treated as though they were submitted the following business day.

Audit Delivery

Completed Audit is emailed to wholesaler with full instructions for client.  If the client is in a Attorney covered state, the audit will also be forwarded to the Attorney Network 2 days after it is sent to the wholesaler.
3FREE Attorney Consultation*

The borrower will receive a call from our scheduler to have their FREE Attorney Consultation.  During the consultation, the borrower will be able to ask questions about all their options and the audit results.

Client Becomes a Member

After the Free Consultation, the client will have the opportunity to join the Attorney Membership.  If they join the wholesaler will receive a one-time payment of $75.

There are 2 primary monthly service levels:

$595 (loan modifications), and

$750 (judicial state) & $775 (non-judicial state) for litigation services.
